We hope you love your new Alpha Industries purchase! We are committed to our customers and the quality of our products.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS FROM OUR WEBSITE:

You can return or exchange items purchased from our website within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet these conditions:

Unworn
Unwashed
Tags still attached

Once your return is approved, please send it back within 7 days.
Note: Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Some items are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded. This includes:

Sale items
Select collaborations
Accessories (like hats, masks, and socks)
Gift cards

Vintage Items

Vintage and Re:Supply items can be returned within 7 days of the order date, as long as they’re in original condition with tags still attached.

Purchased through J. Crew?

No problem! Just email us at customerservice@alphaindustries.com with your J.Crew order number, and we’ll send you a return label.

We now support exchanges. If you are interested in exchanging for the same style in a different color or size, please utilize our returns portal and select the 'Exchange' option after selecting your return reason and comments. Please note: Exchange orders will not be processed until the original is received. You will not be charged the $11 return fee if you opt for an exchange.
We deduct a flat fee of $11 USD from your refund to use our pre-paid return option. Click the link above to start your return and we'll walk you through all the steps - it's that easy.
You may also choose to ship your return back using your own insured, trackable method. In this case we will not deduct the $11 return label fee from your refund, but you still must use the return button above. We will send instructions once your return is created.
Please be sure to include your order number inside of the box as well as on the label.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be refunded the initial shipping cost, return shipping cost, or duties and taxes. Refunds will be issued once the returns are processed back at Alpha Industries.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we do not currently support exchanges. If you need an exchange, please follow the instruction to return your item and then place a new order. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

You may also effect the return using prepaid express return service by DHL. You will need to print the AWB and commercial invoice from the RMA and either call DHL for a pickup (using the tracking number) or drop off at a DHL Express location. The return invoice we provide would clear the shipment back to you without having to pay import D&T into the United States.
