*EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY*

Purchases made from November 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM are eligible for return until January 15, 2025.
*FINAL SALE ITEMS NOT INCLUDED

We hope you enjoy your new Alpha Industries purchase! We are committed to our customers and the quality of our products. For any questions concerning your order placed through our website, please contact customerservice@alphaindustries.com.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS FROM OUR WEBSITE:

If you have any issues with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return within 14 days from date of purchase, provided the item(s) meet the following return conditions:

Unwashed
Unworn
Original tags still attached

All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

Items listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to: all Sale items, Gift Cards, select collaborative releases and select items (hats, masks & socks, accessories).

Vintage Items

Returns on Re:Supply and vintage items will only be accepted within 7 days of the order date. Original tags must be attached and item must be in original condition.

J. Crew Marketplace Returns

If you purchased your Alpha item from J. Crew please email customerservice@alphaindustries.com with your order number to receive a return label.

We do not currently support exchanges. If you need an exchange, please follow the instructions to return your item and then place a new order.
We deduct a flat fee of $11 USD from your refund to use our pre-paid return option. Click the link above to start your return and we'll walk you through all the steps - it's that easy.
You may also choose to ship your return back using your own insured, trackable method. In this case we will not deduct the $11 return label fee from your refund, but you still must use the return button above. We will send instructions once your return is created.
Please be sure to include your order number inside of the box as well as on the label.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be refunded the initial shipping cost, return shipping cost, or duties and taxes. Refunds will be issued once the returns are processed back at Alpha Industries.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we do not currently support exchanges. If you need an exchange, please follow the instruction to return your item and then place a new order. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

You may also effect the return using prepaid express return service by DHL. You will need to print the AWB and commercial invoice from the RMA and either call DHL for a pickup (using the tracking number) or drop off at a DHL Express location. The return invoice we provide would clear the shipment back to you without having to pay import D&T into the United States.
